We welcomed Niels Christiansen from sustaineration to the “living sustainability” working group at a very early stage. Niels is a CSR consultant and our expert in the field of ISO 14001. With his foresight and wealth of experience, he helps to ensure that the introduction of the environmental management system is a success for every company. ISO 14001:2015 is one of the foundations of CSE certification, because without documentation there is no assessment of sustainability performance. However, CSE goes far beyond the ISO standard and requires not only documentation, but also compliance with strict sustainability criteria within the company. Sustaineration is now preparing itself for CSE certification. In his blog, Niels reports on how he is approaching the upcoming certification.
